A long time introducing myself was the hardest things to do. The answer to the question ‘Who are you?’ was ‘As soon as I know you’ll be the 1st one I tell. Now I would like to define myself as a diligent student of life which values Authenticity, Connection and Freedom. Qigong, Breathwork and Coaching gave me this Growth and Transformation and it is my Mission to spread this to the world.

Transformational Breathwork is a Guided Breathwork session of 60-90 min to help you to free yourself from old Trauma, Mental and or Emotional blockages that may be causing you Stress, Anxiety, Burnout, Depression and Disease.
We repress painful experiences, feelings, emotions and thought patterns. Then those experiences get locked in our bodies where they continue to influence us even from outside the range of our awareness.
